6,000-people flash mob in Ganja, dedicated to Baku European Games
On the eve of the First European Games in Azerbaijan, people in the country’s city of Ganja held a huge flash mob.
Some 6,000 students gathered on the Heydar Aliyev square (main square of Ganja), and formed a symbol and the logo of the European Games.
A similar action was held in the city earlier, when people gathered on the same square, forming a giant portrait of Azerbaijan’s national leader Heydar Aliyev.
Azerbaijan was awarded the games by the European Olympic Committees (EOC) in December 2012. See below for the photos from the flash mob:
