The Heydar Aliyev Palace – PHOTOS
The Palace named after Heydar Aliyev is considered to be one of the symbols of Azerbaijan. In 2012 it marked 40 years since its construction.
The palace is the main concert platform in the country, which reguarly hosts and accepts both local and international singers, artists, performers and holds concert programs.
Years before, in 1972 the palace was being named “The Palace named after V.I. Lenin”, later it was renamed to the “Republic Palace”, and in 2004 it was named the “Heydar Aliyev Palace”.
